Add-ons: optional extras for your account
Add-ons are optional extras. Some are monthly, some are paid once, and every card tells you which before you buy.

What is on the Add-Ons page
Open Add-Ons in the menu. The Available tab shows every extra you can add, such as:
- Team Members (monthly): gives your staff their own login to the portal. See Team members.
- Additional page (once-off): an extra page on your website.
- Logo design (once-off): we design a logo for your business.
Business email mailboxes and DNS management appear here too, as shortcuts to their own pages.
Monthly and once-off add-ons
Monthly add-ons
A monthly add-on joins your subscription and is billed with your regular payment. Click Subscribe, tick the box to agree to the monthly charge, and confirm. Nothing is charged on the day; it joins your next payment. It is switched on straight away.
Once-off add-ons
A once-off add-on is a single purchase. We create an invoice and you pay it through PayFast from your Invoices page. It never appears on your monthly payment.
My Purchases
The My Purchases tab lists everything you have bought. From here you can cancel a monthly add-on whenever you like.
Cancelling an add-on stops it right away, and its price drops off your next payment. If you change your mind, you can reactivate it from My Purchases while your subscription is active, which puts both the add-on and its billing back.
